We promise to provide individualized, quality care in a fun and friendly environment. Our goal is for your child to have a positive experience each visit and to leave our office eager to return.
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience. We strive to see all patients on time. Sometimes our schedule is delayed in order to accommodate an emergency. Please accept our apology in advance should this occur. We will extend the same courtesy to your child if in need of emergency treatment.
Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes or more before your appointment. This will allow time to complete any additional paperwork required.
If three broken/missed appointments occur or two cancellations without 24-hour notice, our office reserves the right to NOT schedule any subsequent appointments.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule for the next available appointment time.
You may choose whether or not you accompany your child back to the treatment area for his/her dental visit. Although we feel that some children do better without parents present, we welcome you to come back with your child. If you choose to be present, we suggest the following guidelines to improve the chances of a positive outcome:
Payment in full is expected on the day service is rendered. Major credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted.
For those patients with dental insurance, if we received all of your insurance information on the day of the appointment, we will be happy to file your claim for you. We will collect from you the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay.
We file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment; we at no time guarantee what your insurance will or will not do with each claim. We also cannot be responsible for any errors in filing your insurance, once again, we file claims as a courtesy to you.
